POLICE: WOMAN GRABS DRIVER IN FACE

A woman allegedly grabbed her boyfriend in the face while he was driving on North Market Street in Jackson Township on Jan. 8, during an argument over the woman’s consumption of alcohol, state police at Jonestown said.
The suspect, Elizabeth Goshert, 48, of Jackson Township, was charged with harassment.
The victim, a 45-year-old man, of Jackson Township, suffered minor injuries.

Inmate escapes from prison
A 34-year-old inmate escaped from the Harrisburg Community Corrections Center on Jan. 10, state police at Harrisburg said.
The inmate, Orlando Luis Rodriguez, of Harrisburg, is a white and Hispanic and is also known as Orlando Rodriguez-Arriaga, state police said.

State police arrested 96 in December
State police at Schuylkill Haven arrested 96 suspects in December.
The station, which handled 555 incidents, investigated 87 crashes and issued 127 citations, state police said.
Troopers investigated 12 hit-and-run cases, and made six DUI arrests, state police said.

The 24-year-old Jonestown woman also was choked during the altercation with the 37-year-old Jonestown man, state police said.
Both arrested, arraigned and placed in Lebanon County Prison on $2,500 bail, state police said.

Vehicle flips 5 times during accident
A 26-year-old Reading man was arrested after his vehicle flipped five times during an accident, state police said.
A speeding vehicle driven by Hector Cabrera swerved and hit and embankment before flipping on Route 61 in North Manheim Township on Jan. 10, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
Cabrera failed a field sobriety test at the scene and was arrested for suspicion of DUI, state police said.

Metal coil causes accident
A metal coil caused an accident in which the driver was taken to the hospital, state police said.
A vehicle driven by Daryl Martin, 50, of Pine Grove, went over metal coil that was lying in a lane on I-81 in Union Township, Lebanon County, on Jan. 11, state police at Jonestown said.
After impact, Martin pulled over and was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital for minor injuries, state police said.
The coil fell of a tractor-trailer, which caused several accidents, state police said.

Ephrata man arrested for DUI
Edward Anderson, 24, of Ephrata, was arrested for DUI after a traffic violation on Route 272 in East Cocalico Township on Jan. 11, state police at Ephrata said.

North Annville accident injures 2
Vehicles driven by Paul Mefferd, 39, of Mt. Gretna, and Tracy Romberger, 46, of Annville, were involved in an accident at Syner and Palmyra-Belle Grove roads in North Annville on Jan. 11, state police at Jonestown said.
Both drivers were taken to Hershey Medical Center for minor injuries, state police said.

The driver, Joseph Moyer, 77, of Pine Grove, dozed off, and his vehicle crossed Route 125 in Pine Grove before striking two mailboxes and the pole, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
The utility pole was sheared.
Moyer was not injured.

Box truck rolls onto its side
An onramp on I-78 was shut down for about three hours after a box truck rolled over onto its side during an accident.
The box truck, driven by Michael Zangrillo, of Oceanside, N.Y., hit a guide rail and rolled over at exit 40 in Greenwich Township on Jan. 10, state police at Hamburg said.
Zangrillo suffered minor injuries and was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Police: Boys tried to steal from vehicle
Two Palmyra area boys, aged 14 and 15, tried to steal items from a vehicle on North Lincoln Street in Palmyra on Dec. 15, borough police said.
The boys were charged with criminal attempt and criminal conspiracy on Jan. 12, police said.
The victim is David Hoffsmith, of Palmyra, police said.

Vehicles driven by Cole Witmer, 17, of Palmyra, and Brian Hiesey, 29, of Newmanstown, were involved in an accident at Main and Locust streets in Palmyra on Jan. 11, borough police said.

A 15-year-old Palmyra boy had a woman’s purse in his possession, Palmyra police said.
Police filed a juvenile allegation against the boy, officials said.
The purse belonged to Vicki Ford, of Palmyra, police said.

Troopers: Woman tries to steal items from Cabela’s
A woman allegedly tried to steal items worth $324.96 from Cabela’s in Tilden Township on Jan. 9, state police at Hamburg said.
The suspect, Miriam Alicea, 43, of Philadelphia, was charged with theft. She was arraigned and placed in Berks County prison.

Vehicle travels into wooded area
A vehicle driven by Jennifer Handschuh, 29, of Hamburg, traveled into a wooded area, struck a tree and rolled onto its side on Mohrsville Road near Main Street in Perry Township on Jan. 3, state police at Hamburg said.
Handschuh suffered a moderate injury, and she was taken by Schuylkill Valley Ambulance to Reading Hospital.

Truck tractor shears electrical pole
A truck tractor sheared an electrical pole at Main and Bellevue avenues in Perry Township on Jan. 6, and kept going, state police at Hamburg said.
The suspect vehicle is described as a Kenworth tractor, likely Michigan registration and with possible damage to the right side, state police said.

POLICE: MAN, 68, EXPOSED HIMSELF

A 68-year-old Lebanon man was charged with indecent exposure after allegedly exposing his genitals on the 500 block of Lehman Street in Lebanon on Jan. 6, city police said.
Michael Shannon was taken into custody and also was charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct, police said.
Witnesses told officers that Shannon was in the area of a bus stop, acting disorderly and yelling profanities, city police said.
Shannon’s pants were starting to fall down and one of the witnesses told him to pull up his pants, city police said.
Shannon became louder and pulled his pants completely down, exposing his buttocks and genitalia, city police said.

Police: Man assaulted employee
A 44-year-old Annville man assaulted an employee at an establishment on the 300 block of South Hershey Road in West Hanover Township, Dauphin County, on Jan. 6, state police at Harrisburg said.
David Bosworth was taken into custody for assault and related charges, state police at Harrisburg said.

Police: Man slapped son, 7, in face
A 33-year-old Jonestown man is facing an harassment charge after allegedly slapping his 7-year-old son in the face on West Market Street in Jonestown on Jan. 6, state police at Jonestown said.

A 45-year-old woman had to be extricated from her vehicle after a wild accident in which the vehicle went airborne and hit numerous trees, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
A vehicle driven by Laura Whitley, of Pottsville, lost control on a curve hand hit a guardrail on Route 61 in North Manheim Township on Jan. 5, state police said.
After impact, Whitley’s vehicle went through the parking lot of Penske before hitting a utility pole, state police said.
After the collision, Whitley’s vehicle went into the air — over an embankment — before hitting the trees, state police said.
Whitley was entrapped and had to be freed by members of the Pottsville Fire Department.
She was taken Schuylkill Medical Center South for treatment of injuries.
The right lane of Route 61 was closed for several hours.

Creeps steal kids’ Christmas gift
Thugs stole numerous items from a residence — including a Christmas gift the victim bought for her kids — on Sunrise Court in Swatara Township, Lebanon County, between Jan. 3 and 4, state police at Jonestown said.

A dog distracted a teenaged driver, triggering an accident in Caernarvon Township on Jan. 1, state police at Ephrata said.
The dog jumped from the passenger’s seat to the driver’s lap moments before the accident, state police said.
The vehicle went off the road, struck a sign, two fences and a utility pole, state police said.
The driver, a 17-year-old Morgantown boy, suffered a moderate injury and was taken to Reading Hospital, state police said.

Creepy losers stole vehicle
Lowlifes stole an unlocked 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 from a side alley on Spring Street in Tremont, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
The thugs managed to start the vehicle and drove it away, state police said.
The vehicle, which has a Pennsylvania registration GWZ1736, has a cracked windshield below the rear-view mirror and 17-inch tires on the vehicle, state police said.

POLICE: HALF-NAKED MAN CHARGED

A man has been charged after he was found half naked in a yard in Lebanon City on Dec. 27, prompting the homeowner to shoot a gun into the air to scare him off, city police said.
The suspect, Stephen Melnick, 47, of Lebanon, allegedly was in a back yard in a fetal position on Locust Street and walked around the side of the home to the front yard, where the homeowner, Michael Hummer, 30, saw Melnick mumbling incoherently and wearing only a T-shirt, police said.
Hummer had been awakened by loud thumping noises, had grabbed his handgun and had gone downstairs to investigate, police said.
Melnick allegedly walked toward Hummer, prompting Hummer to fire a shot into the air with his handgun to scare Melnick off, police said. Melnick allegedly ran east on Locust Street, but he was identified and located the next day, police said. Police had located clothing and a wallet in the back yard of Hummer’s home.
Melnick was charged with loitering and prowling at night, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Police will not be charging Hummer.

Creeps steal copper wire
Goons stole about 150 pounds of scrap copper wire after entering a locked home on Fidler Court in Pine Grove Township on Dec. 18 or Dec. 19, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
The victim is Richard Haynes.

Salt truck breaks two telephone poles
The dump bed of a truck spreading salt caught power lines running across the road, causing two telephone poles to break, on Mount Zion Road in Bethel Township, Lebanon County, on Dec. 31, state police at Jonestown said.
The vehicle was driven by Donald McMullen, 45, of Bernville.

Three vehicles involved in accident
Vehicles driven by Wesley Wenger, 17, of Womelsdorf, Austin Kline, 17, of Schaefferstown, and Joann Griffith, 55, of Mohnton, were in an accident at Main Street and Route 419 in Schaefferstown on Jan. 2, state police at Jonestown said.
Griffith suffered a minor injury, and she was transported by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital.

Man steals laptop from home
A man allegedly stole a laptop from a home on West Main Street in Newmanstown on Jan. 2, state police at Jonestown said.
The suspect, Clayton Ressler, 24, of Newmanstown, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, and receiving stolen property. He was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.
The computer was returned to the victim, Lacey Bernhard, 22, state police said.

Vehicle strikes embankment, overturns
A vehicle driven by Erin Garcia, 25, of Kingston, went out of control on a downhill curve, struck an embankment and overturned on I-81 in Pine Grove Township on Jan. 2, state police at Jonestown said.

Troopers: Fugitive caught after accident
A man was determined to be a fugitive after he was involved in an accident in Union Township, Lebanon County, on Dec. 22, state police at Jonestown said.
The suspect, Felix Pinero-Baez, 60, of Lebanon, was wanted by the Lebanon County and Atlantic City, N.J., sheriff’s offices, state police said. He was charged as a fugitive from justice and taken to Lebanon County Central Booking.

Goons swiped a green and white largemouth bass mailbox on North Mill Street in Swatara Township on Dec. 31 or Jan. 1, state police at Jonestown said.
The victim is Jeffrey Boltz, 47.

A man died in an accident in Pine Grove Township on Dec. 31, state police at Jonestown said.
A van driven by Sean Weiser, 31, of Lykens, and a tractor-trailer driven by William McCaulley, 45, of Elliottsburg, collided on I-81, after Weiser’s vehicle went out of control on a snow-covered surface and traveled through the grass median, state police said.
Weiser was pronounced dead at the scene by Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner Rory Lipsett.
McCaulley was transported via Pine Grove Ambulance to Hershey Medical Center.
Ravine and Suedberg fire companies assisted.

Grinch runs over Christmas lights, ornaments
A grinch in a vehicle ran over Christmas lights and other ornaments on a property on Fox Road in Tilden Township on Dec. 30, and kept going, traveling north on Fox Road and dragging a portion of the Christmas lights, state police at Hamburg said.
The victim is Dustin Kunkle, 31. Damage is about $200.

POLICE: MAN HAD INDECENT CONTACT WITH GIRL, 4

A man allegedly had indecent contact with a 4-year-old girl who he was babysitting in Lebanon between September and October 2008, the Lebanon County Detective Bureau said.
The suspect, Clifford Reichert, 63, allegedly had indecent contact with the victim while he was babysitting her at his home on Mt. Zion Road, detectives said.
Reichert was charged on Oct. 14 with indecent assault, endangering welfare of children, and corruption of minors.
Reichert turned himself in to Lebanon Central Booking on Oct. 24.

State police investigate kidnapping report
State police at Ephrata said they are investigating a report that a boy was kidnapped while riding a scooter on Mountain Spring Road in Clay Township on Oct. 25.
A witness told state police that he saw a gray or dark-colored van stop, and a male grabbed the boy and the scooter, and pulled both into the van, state police said. The van then left the scene traveling north on Mountain Spring Road, state police said.
The boy is described as between 10 and 14, and is from a plain family, either Amish or Mennonite, state police said.
State police said they have not received any other reports of a missing child or person.

Vehicle strikes dirt embankment
A vehicle driven by Genale Smith, 39, of Myerstown, traveled through two grassy fields, struck a dirt embankment, overturned, and came to rest on its roof in a driveway on Hain Avenue near Troy Avenue in Swatara Township on Oct. 24, state police at Jonestown said.
Smith suffered minor injuries, and she was transported to Hershey Medical Center.

Troopers: Two girls fight with each other
Two 15-year-old girls allegedly physically fought with each other at Northern Lebanon High School in Bethel Township, Lebanon County, on Oct. 13, state police at Jonestown said.
The two suspects, both of Jonestown, allegedly got into a verbal altercation, and pulled each other’s shirts and hair, state police said. One of the suspects allegedly struck the other one several times in the face and mouth, knocking her to the ground, state police said. While on the ground, the suspects allegedly continued to fight, state police said.
State police said the fight later was broken up.

TROOPERS: MAN THREATENS JUDGE’S FAMILY

A man allegedly threatened the family of a magisterial district judge in the waiting room of the district court on Scholl Drive in Oley Township on Oct. 19, state police at Reading said.
The suspect, Paul Keiser, 47, of Topton, was at the district court for a defiant trespass hearing, state police said.
After being found guilty, Keiser allegedly approached Magisterial District Judge Victor Frederick, 43, in the waiting room of the court and threatened Frederick’s family, state police said.
Keiser was arrested for terroristic threats and harassment.

Vehicle travels down embankment
A vehicle driven by Carolyn Smithy, 23, of Lebanon, skidded on a wet surface on a curve, struck an embankment, traveled down the embankment, and struck a concrete drainage culvert on Route 183 in North Manheim Township on Oct. 24, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
Smithy suffered a minor injury.

Troopers: 2 steal merchandise
Two people stole merchandise from Cabela’s in Tilden Township on Oct. 22 after forming an agreement to do so, state police at Hamburg said.
Joshua Derins, 19, of Williamstown, N.J., allegedly stole $108.64 worth of merchandise, and Peter Valcourt, 18, of Williamstown, N.J., allegedly stole $133.65 worth of merchandise, state police said.
Derins and Valcourt were cited with theft and conspiracy.

Man cited with disorderly conduct
Robert Herb, 42, was cited with disorderly conduct for an alleged incident that occurred in front of his home on Center Street in North Cornwall Township on Oct. 21, township police said.

Paint punks damage property
Goons spray painted several pieces of formed concrete at Concrete Safety Systems LLC on Old 22 in Bethel Township, Berks County, on Oct. 22 or Oct. 23, state police at Hamburg said.
The damaged property is worth about $8,845.
State police said this incident is the second time in the past couple weeks that Concrete Safety Systems has been targeted.

Troopers: Man uses vehicle without permission
A man allegedly used a vehicle without permission after taking it from a location in Swatara Township on Oct. 23, state police at Jonestown said.
The suspect, Michael Bonanducci, 49, allegedly took the vehicle from a location on Kenbrook Road, and he subsequently was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and DUI, state police said.
The victim is Louette Sheffy, 49, state police said.

Accident injures 4
Four people were injured in an accident in Greenwich Township on Oct. 24, state police at Hamburg said.
Vehicles driven by Linda Boyer, 53, of Cressona, and Frederick Olson, 72, of Yardley, were in an accident on Route 737 near Sutter Road, after Boyer’s vehicle went out of control on a slippery substance on the road on a curve, state police said.
After impact, Boyer’s vehicle struck a guardrail, state police said.
Boyer was injured. Olson suffered a minor injury. Lynn Olson, 72, who was a passenger in Olson’s vehicle, was injured, and Kryston Rhoads, 48, who also was a passenger in Olson’s vehicle, suffered a minor injury. All four people were transported by Hamburg and Kutztown EMS to Lehigh Valley Medical Center.

Man escapes burning vehicle
A man escaped a burning vehicle in East Hanover Township on Oct. 24, state police at Jonestown said.
Dean Kline, 25, of Grantville, noticed smoke coming from beneath the hood of his vehicle while he was at Jonestown and Sherks Church roads, state police said.
Kline pulled over at the intersection, and the engine compartment became engulfed in flames, state police said.
Kline was not injured.
Fort Indiantown Gap Fire Co. extinguished the fire.

Gas goon hits biz
A loser allegedly pumped 5.598 gallons of unleaded gasoline into a dark-colored sport utility vehicle at AMR Trading Corp. on Lancaster Avenue in Bethel Township, Berks County, on Oct. 24, and left without paying, state police at Hamburg said.

A vehicle driven by Casey Dunfee, 19, of Annville, swerved to avoid a vehicle driven by Daryl Basarab, 24, of Lancaster, that was turning into the Nature Center on Pinch Road at the entrance to the Governor Dick Nature Center, police said.
After swerving, Dunfee’s vehicle came to rest in a wooded area, police said.

Troopers: Male stole gasoline
A male allegedly pumped $77 worth of gasoline into his vehicle at Chestnut Street Market in Cressona on Oct. 21, and left without paying, traveling north on Route 183, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
The suspect vehicle is a silver Chevrolet, possibly a 2500 series with extended cab, state police said.

Police: Man’s vehicle goes airborne, hits trees
A vehicle driven by Harry Mausser, 46, of Valley View, struck a guardrail, became airborne, struck two trees and came to rest on its roof on Route 501 near Nut Grove Road in Pine Grove Township on Oct. 23, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
Mausser was able to free himself from the vehicle, state police said.
Mausser suffered a moderate injury, and he was taken by Pine Grove EMS to Hershey Medical Center.

Slugs steal motorcycle from garage
Goons stole a motorcycle after using an unknown blunt object to pry open the door of a garage on Red Maple Lane in Washington Township, Schuylkill County, on Oct. 22 or Oct. 23, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
The motorcycle is a yellow 2002 Kawasaki 600, with silver switch to turn on the headlight below the clutch handle on the left side and an after market exhaust pipe on the right side, and Pennsylvania registration ZNN23, state police said.
The victim is Justin Donton, 24.

Jerks shoot out van window
Goons shot out the rear window of an unoccupied van in the parking lot of Dutchway in Myerstown on Oct. 23, state police at Jonestown said.

No one was injured in the incident.
The victim is Stamford Dunk, 68.

A motorcyclist was injured in an accident in East Hanover Township on Oct. 22, state police at Jonestown said.
A vehicle driven by Jeanette Modricker, 71, of Reading, and a motorcycle driven by Eugene Rock, 58, of Birdsboro, were in an accident on Route 934 at Ft. Indiantown Gap Road, state police said.
On impact, Rock was knocked to the road, state police said.
Rock suffered a moderate injury, and he was taken by K&W Medical Service to Hershey Medical Center. State police said Rock was wearing a motorcycle helmet.
Modricker was charged with a stop sign violation.

POLICE: MAN, WOMAN GET INTO BRAWL

A man and a woman allegedly physically fought with each other in a domestic abuse incident in Tower City on Oct. 25, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
Jonathan Hoffer, 21, of Tower City, and Kelsey Galie, 21, of Pine Grove, allegedly became involved in a verbal argument at a home on South Fourth Street, state police said.
Hoffer allegedly grabbed Galie by the throat, pushed her onto the couch, squeezed her neck, and did not allow her up, state police said.
About one hour later, the argument resumed, and Galie allegedly struck Hoffer with a beer bottle several times, state police said.
Troopers responded. As Galie was being placed in a state police patrol unit, Hoffer allegedly taunted troopers, yelling at them, flicking a lit cigarette at the patrol car, and kicking at the patrol car, state police said. State police said Hoffer was told several times to stop his alleged behavior.
From the alleged incident with Galie, Hoffer was injured, and he was taken to Schuylkill Medical Center South, state police said.
Galie and Hoffer were charged with simple assault and harassment. Hoffer also was charged with persistent disorderly conduct. They were arraigned and placed in Schuylkill County prison, with bail set at $15,000 or 10 percent for both.

PUNKS PILFER PROPERTY FROM HOME

Goons swiped about $1,520 worth of property after entering a home by forcing open a rear door on Old 22 near Legion Drive East in Bethel village on Oct. 21, Bethel Township, Berks County, police said.
The stolen property included a ladies diamond ring, a mans silver ring, an old semi-automatic pistol, and a small jewelry box, and was taken from bedroom dresser drawers, police said.
The goons caused about $400 damage to the metal and wood door and frame, police said.
The victim is Darrin Giorgio, 38.

Windy conditions trigger accident
Windy conditions led to an accident involving a conversion van towing a camper in Upper Bern Township on Oct. 23, state police at Hamburg said.
The vehicle, which was driven by Elizabeth Cohen, 46, of Allentown, went out of control because of windy conditions and struck the center median on I-78, state police said. The camper tipped onto its right side, state police said.
Cohen was injured, and she was transported by Hamburg EMS to Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Both westbound lanes were closed for about 30 minutes.

Police: 3 fail to return library property
Three people were cited after they allegedly borrowed property from the Palmyra Public Library and failed to return it, borough police said.

Vehicle strikes curb, guardrail
A vehicle driven by Cindy Miller-Oweiler, 53, of Annville, struck a curb and a guardrail on North White Oak Street (Route 934) at Sheridan Avenue in Annville on Oct. 21, township police said.
Miller-Oweiler was injured, and she was transported by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital.

Animal causes accident

Troopers: Man steals coins, key from home
A man allegedly stole several coins and a house key after entering a home on Monroe Valley Drive in Swatara Township between Sept. 14 and Sept. 17, state police at Jonestown said.
The suspect, Bradley Howard, 19, of Jonestown, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and theft. He was arraigned, and bail was set at $10,000. He had been incarcerated in Lebanon County prison on a probation violation.

POLICE: SUSPECTED BURGLAR BAGGED

A man has been charged for allegedly committing two burglaries at the Bahney House Bar on West Main Avenue in Myerstown on Aug. 26 and Sept. 28, borough police said.
The suspect, Bruce Wenrich, 29, allegedly took cash and cigarettes, police said.
Wenrich was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft, receiving stolen property, and false reports to law enforcement agencies.

Two people escape burning vehicle
Two people escaped injury after the vehicle in which they were riding caught fire in West Brunswick Township on Oct. 17, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
A fire erupted in the engine compartment of a vehicle driven by Christine Kaiser, 31, of Minersville, on Route 61 near Municipal Road, state police said.
Kaiser pulled into the parking lot of a mini-mart, and she and passenger Matthew Livingood, 33, exited the vehicle without being injured, state police said.
Deer Lake/West Brunswick Fire Co. extinguished the fire.

Vehicle strikes retaining wall
Vehicles driven by Shayna Showalter, 32, of Philadelphia, and James Conrad, of Lancaster, collided on Route 72 near Spring Hill Lane in Cornwall recently, after Showalter’s vehicle went out of control on a wet surface, fishtailed, and crossed the concrete median, borough police said.
After impact, Showalter’s vehicle struck a concrete retaining wall, police said.

Losers burglarize three homes
Losers burglarized three homes in Muhlenberg Township between 7 a.m. and noon on Oct. 9, and a reward is being offered for information leading to their arrest, authorities said.
One of the burglaries occurred on Reading Crest Avenue, and two of them occurred in the Saylor Farm Estates area, authorities said. All three burglaries involved a door being forced or kicked open, authorities said.
Items taken include cash/coins, jewelry, and electronics such as an iPod, a small LCD TV and a computer.
At one scene, a neighbor reported seeing a gray Honda Accord with tinted windows, authorities said. At another scene, the homeowners reported seeing a white man – who was in his late 30s to early 40s, 6 feet, heavy, bald, and wearing glasses – walking past their house as they were leaving, authorities said. The burglary occurred shortly after they left.

Vehicles collide head-on
Two vehicles collided head-on in South Lebanon Township on Oct. 16, township police said.
Vehicles driven by David Olson, 63, of Lititz, and David Morrissey, 58, of Lebanon, collided head-on on Route 897 near Flintville Road, after Olson’s vehicle went out of control on a turn, police said.
After impact, Morrissey’s vehicle and a vehicle driven by Jonathan Wyse, 23, of Lebanon, collided, police said.
Olson suffered minor injuries. Morrissey was transported by EMS to Good Samaritan Hospital.

Driver charged after accident
Vehicles driven by James Dotterer, 50, of Schuylkill Haven, and Dale Buhl, 49, of New Ringgold, were in an accident on Route 443 at Route 183 in Wayne Township on Oct. 16, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
Dotterer was charged with careless driving.

Vehicles collide in Annville
Vehicles driven by Teresa Haak, of Annville, and Travis Burdge, of Harrisburg, were in an accident at Weaber and East Main streets in Annville on Oct. 15, township police said.

Police: Man punches man in face
A man allegedly punched another man in the face outside the Corvette Bar and Grille in Annville on Oct. 10, township police said.
The suspect, Steven Hagerich, of Annville, was cited with harassment.
The victim is Dustin Flickinger.

Vehicles driven by Philip Dengler, 39, of Seltzer, and Sharon Wolfgang, 57, of Shamokin, were in an accident on Route 61 at Richard Street in North Manheim Township on Oct. 16, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
American Hose Co. and North Manheim Township Fire Co. assisted.

Vehicles driven by Mary Goodwillie, 59, of York, and Bradley Brandt, 56, of Lebanon, were in an accident on Route 61 at Richard Street in North Manheim Township, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
American Hose Co. and North Manheim Township Fire Co. assisted.

Vehicle strikes embankment
A vehicle driven by Tricia Seidel, 20, of Tremont, went out of control on a wet surface on a curve, struck an embankment and came to rest beside a guardrail on Sweet Arrow Lake Road in Washington Township, Schuylkill County, on Oct. 17, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.

Gas goons hit market
Goons pumped $19.99 worth of gasoline into a vehicle at Chestnut Street Market in Cressona on Oct. 16, and left without paying, state police at Schuylkill Haven said.
